Services

Revenue Boomerang provides done-for-you lead reactivation, nurture and retention campaigns. Specific scope, fees and terms are set out in each client's order form.

Client responsibilities

Clients confirm they have a lawful basis to contact every person in the data they provide, including documented consent for any SMS contacts, and that the data was collected in compliance with applicable law.

Fees

Performance fees are charged per booked appointment as defined in the order form and are tracked in the client dashboard.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
